The Fulbright Association engages current and former Fulbright exchange participants in lifelong experiences that advance international understanding through service to communities, citizen diplomacy, and dialogue on global issues. The Fulbright Association, started by Fulbright alumni in February 1977, is a private, nonprofit organization tax-exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Association does not receive operating support from any governmental entity.
