Colorado: Department of Revenue Addresses Combination of Taxpayers Using Different Apportionment Factors

The Colorado Department of Revenue has ruled that a taxpayer's Colorado unitary group must include both financial institutions and general corporations, despite the fact that these entities are required to use different apportionment formulas. (June 27, 2011)
