English 005 The Great White North, is a freshman seminar on Canadian culture taught by Paul Martin at the University of Vermont. The course covers everything from Canadian literature, art, and music to politics, history, and geography. The highlight of the course is a three-day trip to Ottawa. Each student in the course was required to record their own podcast about Canadian culture and most students chose to talk about their experiences on the trip North.
