It means that we want to help you to see how you can turn 'dead time' (time spent commuting, exercising, doing chores, etc.) into 'learning time.'

I’ve been a pilot for a major U.S. Carrier since 1989. Before that I flew A-10s for the Air Force. I was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in the UK, and then at McClellan AFB in California. I left the Air Force and then we won the cold war. I think it was just a coincidence

Welcome to Bytemarks Cafe. The radio show runs every Wednesday on Hawaii Public Radio from 5-6pm in the afternoon. Please tune in to KIPO - 89.3 FM and catch the latest happenings in the tech world with a distinctively Hawaii-centric perspective. Located out in the middle of the Pacific, we are definitely not a Silicon Valley. Nevertheless, there are a lot of interesting projects going on in web 2.0 development, bio tech, alternative energy, dual-use, environmental and digital media. Our goal at Bytemarks Cafe is showcase these projects and build a broader awareness of technology in Hawaii. Our aim is to also encourage dialog and interaction, both online and in real space. Thanks for joining us on Bytemarks Cafe.

The history of Celtic Football Club is littered with tales and ballads in either celebration or mourning of the highs and lows, triumphs and tragedies, successes and failures of a hundred and twenty-plus years of roller-coaster competition.
No club has a richer cultural heritage of fact, fantasy, myth and legend, of poetry, song and story than the famous Glasgow Celtic.
Arguably the highest high of all was the unprecedented season of 1966/67, the glorious so-called “Season in the Sun”, which culminated in that euphoric day in Lisbon when ‘The Celtic’ conquered the very peak of European club football by defeating Inter Milan 2-1 to become European Champions at first time of asking.
This podcast is a compilation of spoken highlights of that and other memorable moments in Celtic history, which are guaranteed to warm the heart of any Celtic-minded soul.
