Lynchland is the video podcast of writer, director, musician Liam Lynch. This half hour variety show features 3D animations, music videos, celebrity interviews, video games, shorts and his MTV show characters Sifl and Olly. Lynch has worked in every corner of the entertainment industry. This podcast comprises Act 1 of the six acts of Bring Me The Head Of Ubu Roi. The other acts are available via download from www.hearpen.com. Members of the band Pere Ubu perform all cast roles. In this podiobook: "Live, From Milwaukee, It's Tuesday Night," is an eclectic collection of essays and short stories, some of them humorous, some of the not; none written in Milwaukee, and only a few on a Tuesday night; all, however, with insights that can only come from growing up frizzy-haired and left-handed in Milwaukee in the 50's.

Three fellow travelers on a train enter into a discussion concerning what they would call an 'indiscreet letter.' The discussion albeit short, produces some rather interesting revelations during the journey and at journey's end. (Summary by Kehinde)

Authored by Isabella M. Alden under the pen name "Pansy." Sequel to "Ester Ried." Julia Ried must take a job as a bookkeeper in a factory to earn a living. The mistress of her boardinghouse influences her in a negative way, drawing her into a life and attitude displeasing to God. Will her family and friends be able to convince her stand up for what's right? (Summary written by TriciaG)
Librivox: Julia Ried by Alden, Isabella
This work the author claims is indeed a true story of how he happened to be married seven times to seven different women and the rollicking, hilarious events that led (or stumbled) to the marriages and the ah--disassembling/failing/failures of each said marriage which happened oftentimes to land him in prison. The summarist finds the work a very tongue-in-cheek diatribe/lament/account of his obsessive zeal in 'marrying the right one', but is also the mirthful chronicle of said author's very unconventional adventures. (Summary by Kehinde)

"These stories were written for my own amusement during a period of enforced seclusion. The flowers which were my solace and pleasure suggested titles for the tales and gave an interest to the work.
If my girls find a little beauty or sunshine in these common blossoms, their old friend will not have made her Garland in vain." - L.M. Alcott, September, 1887

In this podiobook: "One Among The Sleepless" is a contemporary fiction novel set in Brighton, England about sex, death and noisy neighbors: a thriller with a rich vein of dark humor that flows from both the narrative and the dialogue of the characters. It's a largely character-driven story; the people and their various shifting relationships compel the plot forward through sometimes subtle, sometimes brutal plot twists towards the final, nail-gnawing climax.
One Among The Sleepless
This is Something That Happened, a narrative project featuring both intensely personal and quasi-fictional stories told by narrator Harold J. Johnson, a native of Los Angeles, California. Storytelling takes place through audio, textual, and visual elements - and is, of course, delivered as a podcast. Includes general commentary.
