Technocalyps is an intriguing three-part documentary on the notion of Trans-humanism by Belgian visual artist and filmmaker Frank Theys. The latest findings in genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence, bionics and nanotechnology appear in the media every day, but with no analysis of what seems to be their common aim: exceeding human limitations and creating higher, trans-human forms of life. Technocalyps presents a thorough and critical enquiry into the scientific, ethical and metaphysical dimensions of technological development. The film includes interviews by top scientists and thinkers on the subject worldwide, such as Marvin Minsky, Ray Kurzweil, Terence McKenna, Hans Moravec, Bruce Sterling, Robert Anton Wilson, David Noble, Margaret Wertheim, the Dalai Lama and many others.

It is spring 1809. Katharina's Tyrolean husband, Franz, is arguing with a French soldier in Augsburg's marketplace. It ends with the soldier dead by accident and the young couple fleeing the city for Franz's homeland.
The Holy Land of Tyrol tells the story of the Tyrolean uprising of 1809 in a way it has never been seen previously. The film takes viewers on a breathtaking journey into the past through the lives of a Bavarian physician's daughter and a South Tyrolean mountain farmer's family.
With unique historical images and original locations, The Holy Land of Tyrol captures not only one woman's life, but provides powerful and poetic feelings for the great issues of our time: love, war, religion and the search for our own identity.
The film is a South Tyrolean-Bavarian co-production of director Philipp J. Pamer and producer Florian Reimann demonstrating that 200 years after the war between Bavaria and Tyrol, a shared future through common history is possible.

'Trinity and Beyond' is an unsettling yet visually fascinating documentary presenting the history, development and testing of nuclear weapons between 1945 and 1963. Narrated by William Shatner (Star Trek's Captain Kirk) and featuring an original score performed by the Moscow Symphony Orchestra, this award-winning documentary reveals previously unreleased and classified government footage depicting in graphic detail these powerful and awesome weapons. Many scenes were repaired with an Academy Award® winning process created to restore the color.
Director/producer Peter Kuran, traveled throughout the U.S. to uncover footage that includes bombs being suspended by balloon, exploding under the ocean, being shot from a cannon and detonated in outer space.
'Trinity and Beyond' features extremely rare film segments from top secret government archives and startling footage of nuclear bomb tests conducted by the United States, Russia and China, including the largest atomic explosion ever detonated.
'Trinity and Beyond' features an interview with Dr. Edward Teller a developer of nuclear weapons and one of the most controversial figures of the 20th century. 'Trinity & Beyond' is an extraordinary production that provides an important understanding of events and the creations of technologies that have changed the world forever."

Blurring the edges between reality and fiction, and set in an era when everything we do is photographed- or could be- A LOVE AFFAIR OF SORTS is a modern twist on romance in the digital age. The first feature film to be shot entirely on a flip camera, the narrative follows two lonely strangers in contemporary Los Angeles during the holiday season. The film begins with David (director David Guy Levy), a painter, and Enci (Lili Bordán), a Hungarian nanny, who meet in a bookstore when he catches her shoplifting on his ever-present flip camera. As they start a tentative relationship, everything is captured on digital cameras, though nothing about the situation is as straightforward as it looks. Things are further complicated with the inclusion of Enci's boyfriend Boris (Iván Kamarás), and David's brutally honest friend Jonathan (Jonathan Beckerman, playing himself, and unaware until the end of the film that it was fictional). Somewhere between their own narcissistic urges to be constantly filmed, and a need to connect in the vast urban sprawl of Los Angeles, A LOVE AFFAIR OF SORTS takes a wry look at the way in which technology brings us all together while also keeping us apart, and changes our definition of what it is to love and be loved.

The Memphis Belle features the most famous documentary to emerge from WWII and three other films in vivid high definition. Shot in 1943, The Memphis Belle was helmed by Academy Award™ winning director William Wyler. It chronicles the 25th and final combat mission of a B-17 crew. A moving and real portrait of courage, it was endorsed by President Franklin Roosevelt, and shown throughout the United States on his order. While dramatizations like Twelve O'Clock High and the Matthew Modine film Memphis Belle have their place, the original documentary has a reality and drama that is unparalleled. It's simply the most definitive chronicle of the air war in Europe as fought by American bomber crews. Also included are additional rare, authentic 8th Air Force films made during WWII. These include Operation Clarion, a confidential account of a bombing campaign, and two propaganda films: the 8th Air Force Report from Britain newsreel which includes a war bonds plea from General Eisenhower, and Mission Accomplished which was shown to defense plant workers.
